Starting at 8:00 AM yesterday 11/10/1910, Jorge Gomez from the housekeeping department began working on doing a thorough cleaning at the bar because it was dirty from the previous day. Fat was also deeply penetrated into the marble floor of the bar area, so Jorge began to apply degreaser and wash with water pressure machine to cut the greasy floor, but deep stains and grease marks did not disappear, so I decided to call to report this to my supervisor Mr.Mario Molina and  tell him the magnitude of work that merited and told George to start doing their normal routine.

About 1:00 PM, between Mario and I started to apply stripper mixed with water using a polishing machine, and after about an hour to dry the floor stains and fingerprints had not disappeared. Then between Mr. Olivia, Mr. Montenegro and myself started working on the pool deck and game room area as well as the ramp, applying the stripper without mixing with water, with better results, there is still deep stains of grease and there is still large areas to clean, and that was sent to order more products and equipment to continue the work. I finished at 6:00 pm.
