Yes, Blaise&I discussed all and feel you can go ahead and :



1. Replace/Change AC filter



2. Change Battery in master for Alarm Smoke Detector







2. Clean as listed below. ( Thankyou for watering plant too. ) :



Blaise and I think a Quarterly Cleaning will work well ( plus possibly others upon use etc ).



We decided that a Clean in the following months would work / done within 1st Week of these months:

July







Before every Cleaning or Entering Condo, just check-in with Diana so that Trump/everyone will feel aok!



We will send Diana at T this email too, so she is aware and notified of all we have discussed etc.
